What does "fixed price" mean?
The price we write down is the price you pay. It only changes if you decide to change the work, and any change is priced in writing before we do it.
Which areas do you serve?
Houston and south Houston, including Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Kemah and Sugar Land.
Are you licensed and insured?
Texas does not license general contractors, but every tradesperson on our jobs holds the Texas licence for their trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). We carry over $1 million in bonding and general liability insurance.
How does the $1,000 offer work?
