How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Houston?
Most of our kitchen remodels cost $20,000 to $50,000, depending on size, layout changes and materials. Larger kitchens with custom cabinetry and natural stone can reach $100,000 or more. You get a fixed written price after the site visit.
Will my price change once work starts?
No. The price only changes if you decide to change the work, and any change is priced in writing before we do it.
Do you do small bathroom jobs?
We focus on full master and primary bathroom remodels, often including the closet. Typical budgets are $12,000 to $25,000, and $40,000 or more with closet cabinetry.
How high can you lift a house?
We have elevated slab-on-grade homes from 6 ft up to 18 ft. The height depends on your flood zone, local rules and what you want to use the space below for.
Are you licensed and insured?
Texas does not license general contractors, but every tradesperson we use holds the state licence for their trade. We carry over $1 million in bonding and general liability insurance.
What warranty do you give?
Every job comes with a 3-year workmanship warranty. New homes also carry the warranty required under Texas law.
