Our warranty, in plain words
What is covered, for how long, and what is not.
Short answerEvery remodel comes with a 3-year workmanship warranty. A limited lifetime warranty on foundation and elevation work is being finalised. New homes carry our workmanship warranty with the terms written into your contract.

Transfer
Whether a warranty transfers to a new owner when you sell will be set out here once confirmed.
